WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED SAILORS

Ocean or coastal sailing experience.

Your own sailing gear including PLB & PFD.

Australian Passport with at least 6 months to expiry

Be customer focused and courteous

Have the ability to work in and lead a team

Have abilities for dealing with day-to-day operation of vessel

Be prepared to work in shifts

Fit and healthy to be able to operate remotely offshore for long periods of time

Fully Covid19 vaccinated for entry into countries without needing to quarantine
GET PAID TO SAIL
You will earn crew fees while you are part of any sailing passage that we operate.
EXPENSES COVERED
All your travel expenses are covered, like international flights, accommodation, visas, insurance and ground transport. Permits to enter and exit countries are looked after.
