Our offshore monitoring and support layer—tracking, scheduled check‑ins (SKEDs), comms logging, routing inputs, and escalation support—used across Sailor deliveries and available for owner-run passages where appropriate.

Owner‑side representation for new builds: contract oversight, commissioning, logistics coordination, and delivery management—so the handover is clean and surprises are reduced.

We run yacht delivery like a program: readiness discipline, conservative safety windows, honest incentives, and documented decisions. That includes structured preparation (including a Vessel Readiness Assessment with 300+ checks where appropriate), professional watch systems, clear communication underway, and a clean hand‑over at the destination.
